The export of goods from Italian territory may be subject to the issuance of a free circulation certificate or other export authorization, in accordance with Articles 65 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 42 of January 22, 2004. For lots subject to a declaration of cultural interest (so-called "notification") pursuant to Articles 13 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 42/2004 and/or to the initiation of the aforementioned "notification" procedure, the Buyer must observe all legal provisions and any other applicable special regulations, including those concerning customs, currency, taxation, and protected species.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify any restrictions on the circulation and/or export of the purchased item, as well as to obtain any licenses or certificates required by law in Italy and in the country of destination. It will also be their duty to fulfill all formalities and legal obligations provided for circulation and/or export, expressly exempting "Antichità Giglio" from any obligation and/or liability in this regard.

The failure or delay in issuing the free circulation certificate and/or the export license and/or any other export authorization shall in no way constitute grounds for termination or cancellation of the sale. Consequently, such an eventuality cannot justify any failure or delay in your payment of the due amount.

Following full payment of the price and upon written request from the buyer, "Antichità Giglio" is available free of charge to submit the application to obtain the free circulation certificate and/or the export license for each work of art, although it assumes no responsibility, obligation, or guarantee regarding the outcome of such practice and the issuance of the documentation.
